Hugh delivered exceptional service and arrived within an hour of my emergency plumbing issue. I had tried unsuccessfully to fix my leaky bathroom taps, creating a much bigger problem that needed urgent repair. After years of not being able to find a plumber who was able to come out when needed and not overcharge, I finally found these guys. They did work on another apartment on my building and when I had a leaking tap I called them. The customer service was amazing and they got someone out in a reasonable timeframe without trying to charge a small fortune. The plumber they sent was thorough and tidy and checked everything with me at all times. The cost was extremely reasonable. I have finally found a plumber I can trust. I will only be using Hames Reid from now on. Thanks team!

Our hot water service burst/stopped working and Hames Reid Plumbing came to get us back up an running as fast as possible! They provided a better solution (instantaneous gas hot water) then what we had before (internal storage gas hot water). From answering my call to coming out to assess what needed to be done (with attention to detail which gave us confidence we would not receive a variation at the end of the job) to then providing a competitive quote. The team then had the unit sourced and expertly installed within days of making the initial call. (They make running gas and water lines look like an art form and not an eyesore that I have seen other plumbers create).
We then received our detailed licensed plumber building - certificate on completion of the job that we can pass onto the next owner should we desire to sell our home down the track.
Many thanks Hames Reid team for getting our family back into hot showers in such a short amount of time!

Called Hames Reid at 7pm last night when my hot water tap broke and could not be turned off. The team were incredibly helpful, provided a quote over the phone and had a plumber there within 30 minutes. The plumber who attended was very polite and professional. My tap was fixed within an hour of calling the team and the customer service throughout the whole experience was fantastic. Would highly recommend Hames Reid Plumbing.

Our hot water system blew up on a Saturday and starting flooding our apartment. I called Hugh on his mobile and he calmly talked me through how to stop the water from pouring out. He then sent a plumber out within the hour to drain the system. Hugh called me back first thing Monday morning and found a replacement system. I can’t speak highly enough about Hugh and the team at Hames Reid. Five star service from beginning to end.

I called on Friday evening when my aged father had an urgent plumbing disaster. A plumber arrived within an hour with everything required to fix my blocked sewerage issue, and was so efficient, kind to my father, and competent.
