I chose a suitable day and the plumber arrived promptly that morning. He was courteous and professional . After completing the job, which required deep digging, he cleaned up the area. I found the cost to be very reasonable. They're a great mob and I'd recommend them without hesitation.

After rain, water was coming into our house via guttering (or so we thought). We wasted time and money with other companies that promise they can fix (but couldn’t!). We will not make that mistake again. Very happy with Hames Reid and will use them again.

A special thank you to Hamish and Indigo at Hames Reid. Indigo responded to my emails promptly and organised after hours plumbing yesterday , Friday 20th January. Hamish arrived at the time specified and detected the leak in my wall which was seeping into my skirting boards in kitchen. He was able to access leak and repair it despite it being in a very awkward location. He was friendly and polite and carried out work efficiently. He even cleaned site of all debris afterwards. Thank you again to both Hamish and Indigo for helping me same day service.

Good, prompt service, replacing 2 toilets, past their use by date, at a price more than $1000 cheaper than another quote I received from a different firm. Highly recommended.

Jack from Hames Reid was very professional, explained what work he was undertaking, listened to my requirements and made sure all work was secure. Work undertaken was new piping, tap points, waste system for new bathroom and laundry.

Highly recommend the team at Hames Reid. We had a storm water drain that was blocked by over grown tree roots that required them to dig up significant parts of our front yard to access and unblock. Jack and Adam were careful to avoid damaging surrounding plants and pushed through some pretty terrible weather conditions to get the job done for us in the one day.
