Called Hames Reid at 7pm last night when my hot water tap broke and could not be turned off. The team were incredibly helpful, provided a quote over the phone and had a plumber there within 30 minutes. The plumber who attended was very polite and professional. My tap was fixed within an hour of calling the team and the customer service throughout the whole experience was fantastic. Would highly recommend Hames Reid Plumbing.

Our hot water system blew up on a Saturday and starting flooding our apartment. I called Hugh on his mobile and he calmly talked me through how to stop the water from pouring out. He then sent a plumber out within the hour to drain the system. Hugh called me back first thing Monday morning and found a replacement system. I called on Friday evening when my aged father had an urgent plumbing disaster. A plumber arrived within an hour with everything required to fix my blocked sewerage issue, and was so efficient, kind to my father, and competent.
