The work was done as arranged, the tradesmen were courteous and respectful, everything worked satisfactorily first time and the site was left clean and tidy. Called Hames Reid at 7pm last night when my hot water tap broke and could not be turned off. The team were incredibly helpful, provided a quote over the phone and had a plumber there within 30 minutes. The plumber who attended was very polite and professional. My tap was fixed within an hour of calling the team and the customer service throughout the whole experience was fantastic. Would highly recommend Hames Reid Plumbing.

Our hot water system blew up on a Saturday and starting flooding our apartment. I called Hugh on his mobile and he calmly talked me through how to stop the water from pouring out. He then sent a plumber out within the hour to drain the system. Hugh called me back first thing Monday morning and found a replacement system. I can’t speak highly enough about Hugh and the team at Hames Reid. Five star service from beginning to end.

The appointment was immediately attended to by Luke, a very courteous and efficient young lad who cleared the blockage in no time with advice on how to prevent the problem happening again. I called on Friday evening when my aged father had an urgent plumbing disaster. A plumber arrived within an hour with everything required to fix my blocked sewerage issue, and was so efficient, kind to my father, and competent. With such an immediate and out of hours call, I was prepared for the bill to be ridiculous, but it was more than fair for out of hours and immediate, perfect and professional service.
