Called Hames Reid at 7pm last night when my hot water tap broke and could not be turned off. The team were incredibly helpful, provided a quote over the phone and had a plumber there within 30 minutes. The plumber who attended was very polite and professional. Our hot water system blew up on a Saturday and starting flooding our apartment. I called Hugh on his mobile and he calmly talked me through how to stop the water from pouring out. He then sent a plumber out within the hour to drain the system. Hugh called me back first thing Monday morning and found a replacement system. I called on Friday evening when my aged father had an urgent plumbing disaster.
